Spicy, smoked-dried tomato spread in extra virgin olive oil

Spread made of chopped, sun-dried and naturally smoked tomatoes, with Mediterranean herbs and delicate extra virgin olive oil with some added chili.

The house specialty has moved the flavors of the continental environment to the Mediterranean. Carefully selected, in the sun-dried tomatoes are smoked with the natural cold smoke of selected beech wood and seasoned with chili.

To this classic Mediterranean style of spicy sun-dried tomato we conjured up the taste of dried meat

Use:

• As a snack with red wine, cheese and cold cuts
