Smoked dried tomato spread in extra virgin olive oil

A spread of chopped, sun-dried and naturally smoked tomatoes, with Mediterranean herbs and mild extra virgin olive oil.

The house specialty has moved the flavors of the continental environment to the Mediterranean.

Carefully selected, in the sun dried tomatoes are smoked with the natural cold smoke of selected beech wood that evokes the taste of dried meat in this classic Mediterranean spread.

Use:

• Independently
• As a snack with red wine, cheese and cold cuts
• As an addition to mixed salads
• As an addition to sauces that we want to bring up smoky flavor
• Like “vegan steak tartare”
